We usually answer WhatsApp messages the same day. If you write at night, we reply the next morning.
Spanish and English. You can write to us in French, German or Portuguese too, and we will reply as clearly as we can.
A few days ahead is usually enough, and earlier is better in high season or for groups. Some activities, like Poás Volcano or the Dinoland slide, need their own reservation.
Most tours start from our base in Venecia de San Carlos. Tours in Sarapiquí and some day trips meet at the site. We always send the exact meeting point on WhatsApp.
